declutterly is samantha burgan

I’ve always loved being organized, both at work and at home. In 2025, my mother asked for help sorting and decluttering 60 years’ worth of holiday decorations. After filling two large garbage bags and several tag sale boxes and storage bins, I was hooked! I started educating myself, took on a few projects for friends, and decided to launch declutterly.

My career has included other fulfilling and purposeful ventures, like graphic design, marketing, and nonprofit communications. The common thread has always been organization and attention to detail. I delight in helping others, learning new skills, and engaging in creative pursuits. The home organization field is a square fit across all my interests.

I would love to have a conversation about how declutterly can help you—through decluttering, organizing, downsizing, and more.
